Dr. Maddu Karunaratne, Vice President,Application Engineering. Dr. Karu Karunaratne has over 11 years experience in Design For Test and Automatic Test Pattern Generation. He has held engineering and management positions in Expertest, Sunrise Test Systems, Intel, and V-Cube before joining Genesys Testware. Dr. Karunaratne has a Phd in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Gene Roth, Vice President, Sales. Mr. Roth has over twenty years of sales and marketing experience in the electronics industry. He has held various senior sales and engineering positions at Lockheed-Martin, Adar and GenRad. Prior to joining Genesys Testware, Mr. Roth was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Quadtree Software. Mr. Roth has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Rivier Collge.

Mr. Ram R. Swami, CPA, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Swami has over 20 years experience in Corporate Finance. He has held senior finance and accounting positions in several leading technology companies.
